About
Education that adapts to the learner, not the other way around.
NeuroBridgeEDU exists to remove the barriers that stop neurodivergent and multilingual students from getting the same value out of a lecture as anyone else. Built in Europe, run entirely on your device.
The story
It started as a Python script.
NeuroBridgeEDU began in mid-2024 as a private tool — one student trying to make their own lectures readable. The first version was a small Python script that turned a recording into a structured set of notes. It worked well enough that it kept being reached for, week after week.
That single-user prototype became a question: if this helps one student keep up with a lecture they would otherwise lose, what would happen if every student in that lecture had access to the same thing? And what would happen if it ran entirely on their own device, so no recording ever left the room?
The answer became NeuroBridgeEDU — a local-first AI transcription and summarisation app for European classrooms, built around the way neurodivergent learners actually engage with content: at their own pace, in their own format, on their own terms.
Principles
Four principles that govern every product decision.
These aren't taglines. They're the questions we run every feature, every line of copy, and every release through.
Principle 01
Accessibility first
Every feature is designed with neurodivergent-friendly patterns and WCAG 2.2 AA compliance from the ground up. The defaults serve the audience that has historically been served last.
Principle 02
Empathy-driven engineering
Technology should enhance human capabilities, not replace them. We build tools that understand and adapt to individual learning needs — and we test them with the people they're built for.
Principle 03
Evidence over opinion
Our solutions are backed by published research, real classroom user testing, and continuous iteration based on measured educational outcomes.
Principle 04
Inclusive by default
Every learner deserves the same access to quality education, regardless of cognitive style, language, or device. Inclusion is the brief, not a feature flag.
