    Ask AI Chat is Free. Pro unlocks Quiz, Explain, and Challenge modes, cross-meeting Exam Radar analysis, and session-local Recall flashcards generated from meeting summaries.

  3. Analytics

    Lecture analytics dashboard

    Topic coverage, duration trends, keyword frequency, and structured action-item / decision extraction. Speaker identification is a separate Pro setting in Settings and Meeting detail on macOS and Windows, not Linux.

  4. Export

    PDF export and priority support

    Export any meeting summary as a formatted PDF with the meeting title, date, logo, page footer, and summary body. Priority email support has a one-business-day response SLA.

  • When will Pro be available?

    Pro is in development. Join the waitlist to be notified when it launches.

  • Will the free version stay free?

    Yes. Free stays free and local-first. Version 2 will be source-available at release. Free includes Built-in AI, Ollama, recording, transcription, local summaries, and Ask AI Chat. Pro includes Mistral cloud models when a task needs them, the option to bring your own key for other providers, and advanced study, export, and analytics features.

  • What does Pro cost?

    Planned individual pricing is €10.99 per month or €90 per year. Pricing will be confirmed before launch. Join the waitlist for launch and pricing updates.

  • Is my data still private with Pro?

    Yes. The default stays local. If you use Pro cloud AI, transcript text goes directly from your machine to Mistral or, if you use your own key, another provider. We do not proxy the request.

  • Are there institutional / volume plans?

    Yes. Universities, schools, and accessibility offices can contact us about pilot programs and per-seat licensing. Use the contact form and mention your institution.
